Our residences offer large doorways that can allow for most wheelchairs and many residences offer a walk in shower.
Do you have ramps and/or elevators?
All Tahoe Mountain Lodging residences in the Village at Northstar are accessible by elevator. However, the residences at Old Greenwood do not offer elevator access. All three + bedroom residences in Old Greenwood do offer a bedroom on the ground floor.
Does your hot tub or pool have a lift chair?
Yes, both facilities at the Village and Old Greenwood offer lifts.
Does Tahoe Mountain Lodging have braille on the room unit number outside of each residence?
Tahoe Mountain Lodging residences in the village have braille on the unit number.
Does Tahoe Mountain Lodging have braille on the elevators?
Yes, each floor off the elevator in the Village has braille placards indicating the floor level. However, Old Greenwood does not have any elevators.
Do Tahoe Mountain Lodging fire alarms have a light that also blinks, so the hearing impaired will know there is an emergency?
