We strive to accommodate special requests, but cannot guarantee early check-in or late check-out or a specific residence, especially during peak periods. Guests arriving prior to check-in may request a parking pass and complimentary luggage storage so that they may enjoy the activities in Old Greenwood while we ready their residence.

After Hours Check-In

Guests may check-in 24 hours a day. Instructions for those arriving after our front desk has closed may check-in at the gatehouse with overnight security. When you stop at the gatehouse, you will get a map and directions to your residence. If the security guard isn’t in the gatehouse, please call 530.550.7000

Parking

Old Greenwood residences have garage parking available.

Snow Removal

During the wintertime and for guest safety, snow removal is required during and after large storms. This can occur at night and includes periods of noise, despite the equipment operator’s best efforts to keep these as minimal as possible
