- Additional parking is on a first-come, first-served basis when vehicles are on the property and are not guaranteed.
- Oversized vehicle parking is available in the Vail Resorts lot for $75/night.

DEPOSIT, FINAL PAYMENT, CANCELLATION

A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 48 hours prior to arrival, at which time the stay is non-refundable.
Winter (November 20 - April 15)
A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.
* Holiday (December 20 - January 1)
A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.
