We strive to accommodate special requests, but cannot guarantee early check-in or late check-out or a specific residence, especially during peak periods. Guests arriving prior to check-in may request a parking pass and complimentary luggage storage so that they may enjoy the activities in The Village at Northstar while we ready their residence.

After Hours Check-In

Guests may check-in 24 hours a day. Instructions for those arriving after our front desk may check-in after hours at Northstar Lodge by Welk Resorts, located across from skier drop-off. 970 Northstar Drive, Truckee, CA 96161

Parking

Village at Northstar guests staying in a junior suite through four-bedroom residence receives complimentary parking for one vehicle. Additional parking is on a first-come, first-served basis when vehicles are on-property and are not guaranteed.

Snow Removal

During the wintertime and for guest safety, snow removal is required during and after large storms. This can occur at night and includes periods of noise, despite the equipment operator’s best efforts to keep these as minimal as possible
